According to the post, the eagerly awaited Korean production will feature renowned South Korean actors like Park Bo-Gum and Kim So-Hyun, along with other talented stars.
Recently, Park Bo-Gum and Bae Suzy have been drawing attention due to their roles in the upcoming 2024 Korean sci-fi film Wonderland. Meanwhile, Kim So-Hyun is garnering positive recognition for her performance as the female lead in tvN’s ongoing K-drama Serendipity’s Embrace. Excitement is building among fans for their pairing as the main actors in Good Boy, airing on JTBC.

Just to reiterate, JTBC has recently revealed the primary cast of Good Boy. Besides Park Bo-Gum and Kim So-Hyun, the lineup also features Oh Jung-Se, Lee Sang-Yi, Tae Won-Seok, and Heo Sung-Tae.
Actor Park Bo-Gum is gearing up to play Yoon Dong-Ju, a character who has won an Olympic gold medal in boxing but later transitions into a police officer due to life’s challenges. On the other hand, actress Kim So-Hyun will bring Ji Han-Na to life, another Olympic gold medalist in shooting, who experiences a twist of fate and decides to become a police officer as well.
In the drama “Good Boy,” Oh Jung-Se will take on the character of Min Joo-Young, while Lee Sang-Yi will depict Kim Jong-Hyeon. Additionally, audiences can look forward to seeing Tae Won-Seok as Shin Jae-Hong and Heo Sung-Tae portraying Ko Man-Sik.
Renowned screenwriter Lee Dae-II contributed to the script of the K-drama, while esteemed director Shim Na-Yeon oversaw its production. Notably, she is recognized for directing hit K-dramas like The Good Bad Mother, Beyond Evil, and more.
The upcoming Korean series Good Boy will air in the second half of 2024 on JTBC.
