As a die-hard fan of Jr NTR, I can hardly contain my excitement as Devara approaches its release date! The recent behind-the-scenes snapshot from the set, featuring Jr NTR and director Koratala Siva, only intensifies my anticipation for this action drama masterpiece.
Coming soon to screens is the action-drama movie titled “Devara,” starring Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor in key roles. This film, under the direction of Koratala Siva, is drawing near its release date. With excitement building, the actor from RRR took to his social media platform X to express a heartfelt message on the last day of shooting.
Accompanying a backstage photo from the film set, the actor wrote a note disclosing that he had just finished his last shot for the eagerly awaited movie. In the snapshot, Jr NTR can be seen on the set of Devara Part 1, standing beneath a massive, expertly arranged lighting setup.
The setting suggests it’s dark outside, yet the stage is vividly lit, adding to the intense ambiance. Junior NTR and what appears to be the movie director are engaged in a discussion, their outlines visible against the intense light that stretches deep shadows onto the floor beneath them.
In this photograph, you’ll notice a reddish-brown earthy floor within the set, and some other team members can be seen in the backdrop, engrossed in their duties. The image encapsulates the bustling atmosphere behind the scenes, as well as the careful preparations taking place for filming an emotionally charged sequence in Devara.
Wrapping up my last scene for “Devara Part 1,” he posted a behind-the-scenes BTS picture with the caption, “What an amazing journey it’s been! I’ll really miss the sea of affection and the fantastic crew. Can hardly wait till we all set sail into Siva’s world on September 27th.”

In the upcoming movie titled Devara, it’s said that Jr NTR will portray two distinct characters. This isn’t his first collaboration with director Koratala Siva; they previously worked together on the 2016 success Janatha Garage. Joining the cast as the female lead is Janhvi Kapoor, making her debut in Telugu cinema. Fans are excited to witness the dynamic between Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor on screen. Saif Ali Khan, reportedly taking on the role of the villain, is also part of the film’s cast.
Devara Part 1 is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on September 27, 2024.
