Who else is in the Whalefall movie adaptation cast?

As a gamer, I’m thrilled to share that Austin Abrams, who charmed us in “Do Revenge,” will be joining the cast of Whalefall as Jay Gardiner. Alongside him, we’ve got Elisabeth Shue from “Hollow Man,” Jane Levy from “Don’t Breathe,” John Ortiz known for his role in “The Madness,” and Emily Rudd, recognized for her work in “One Piece.” This stellar lineup is sure to make Whalefall an unmissable experience!

In a recent newsletter, Kraus mentioned that almost all of his books have been considered for adaptation at some point, but only a small number actually make it to production. He also expressed surprise that the book mainly set within a whale would be the one chosen for this treatment – and drew attention due to the impressive pool of talent involved in it.

He added, “It’s not just Brolin, but Austin Abrams, who plays Jay, that I’ve come to regard as an exceptional individual. He’s incredibly committed and extremely dedicated to his role.

This author, who has penned numerous bestselling books like “The Monster Variations,” “Rotters,” “Scowler,” “Blood Sugar,” “The Ghost That Ate Us: The Tragic True Story of the Burger City Poltergeist” and others, has also worked in collaboration with filmmaker Guillermo del Toro on the novelization of “The Shape of Water.” Additionally, he was tasked with completing George A. Romero’s unfinished novel titled “The Living Dead.

The release date for Whalefall has yet to be announced.
