As a die-hard fan of Chandler Riggs, I can hardly contain my excitement! This versatile talent has always impressed us with his acting skills, but now he’s taking it to a whole new level as a producer and director. His upcoming short film, “The Unicorn That Never Lies,” promises to be a delightful watch. The fact that it will premiere on Riggs’ YouTube channel is just the cherry on top!

In a fresh move from acting to producing and directing, Chandler Riggs has embarked on a new short film titled “The Unicorn That Never Lies“. He is widely recognized for his role as Carl Grimes in AMC’s popular post-apocalyptic series The Walking Dead.

The premiere of The Unicorn That Never Lies, directed by Riggs and his partner Xavier Jimenez, will take place on Riggs’ YouTube channel during a livestream on Nov 22 at 6 p.m. PST / 9 p.m. EST. This special event will feature a Q&A session with the cast and crew. Jason Dolley, who co-stars with Mia Cole, wrote the story for this film, which is produced by Riggs, Jimenez, Cole, Dolley, Jennifer Cozza James, and William Coarson James. Afterward, viewers can catch Riggs in the upcoming holiday film titled “The Breakup Season“, set to debut on December 6th across Amazon, Apple TV, and Google Play. In this movie, Riggs portrays Ben, a jobless twenty-something who journeys back home to Oregon for the holidays. Accompanied by his girlfriend Cassie (Samantha Isler), their relationship takes an unexpected turn after a heated late-night argument. As a result of a snowstorm in this isolated location, Cassie is unable to leave, forcing her to spend Christmas with her former partner and his family instead.

More recently, Riggs appeared in a self-produced horror short film titled “The Spider“, inspired by the “Amazing Spider-Man” comics but not officially connected to Marvel.

As a gamer, I’m excited to be part of not one, but two upcoming projects! First up is “Florida Wild“, where I’ll be riding the dusty trails of the Old West. And if that isn’t enough action for you, there’s also “HACKED: A Double Entendre of Rage Fueled Karma” where I join forces with Jimenez and fellow “Walking Dead” stars Katelyn Nacon and Glenn Stanton. Can’t wait to jump into these new roles!

Katelyn Nacon’s boyfriend, Jimenez, is an accomplished actor, director, and producer. He has made notable appearances on shows such as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D (as Tinker), The Mandalorian (as a Tuskan Raider), and even portrayed a Tuskan Chief in The Book of Boba Fett.

Additionally, he’s involved in the 2023 action thriller titled “All Souls,” streaming on Prime Video. The plot revolves around a young woman who finds herself compelled by law enforcement to pretend to be part of a drug cartel as an undercover agent. This film features Mikey Madison (from “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood”) and Gerald “G-Eazy” Gillum, who was also seen in “The Fate of the Furious.

Make sure not to skip “The Unicorn That Never Dies,” a premiere streaming live on Riggs’ YouTube channel on November 22 at 6 p.m. Pacific Time / 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. During the livestream, there will be an interactive Q&A session with the cast and crew.
