As a devoted enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that the upcoming movie features Sandra Hüller, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Sophie Wilde alongside Goodman and Plemons. Moreover, it seems Riz Ahmed is on the brink of joining the cast following final negotiations for his role in the film.
As reported by Deadline, the film revolves around the most influential individual in existence, who embarks on an urgent quest to demonstrate his role as mankind’s protector, before the catastrophe he inadvertently triggered brings about complete destruction.
For now, specifics about the storyline are being kept secret. The screenplay was jointly written by Alejandro González Iñárritu, Sabina Berman, Alexander Dinelaris, and Nicolas Giacobone.
John Goodman is widely recognized for portraying Dan Conner in Roseanne and The Conners. His extensive film career boasts movies like Barton Fink (1991), The Flintstones (1994), Monsters, Inc. (2001), Speed Racer (2008), 10 Cloverfield Lane (2016), and numerous others.
Recently, Plemons has appeared in the film Kinds of Kindness from 2024. You might recognize him as Todd in Breaking Bad, and he’s also been featured in Game Night (2018), The Irishman (2019), The Power of the Dog (2021), Killers of the Flower Moon (2023), and Civil War (2024).
