The Atlanta rapper JID is building excitement as his fourth studio album, titled “God Does Like Ugly,” nears its release in about a month. To stir anticipation, he’s shared a special preview, which he refers to as a “Preluxe.
The Dreamville artist compiled four songs that weren’t included in the final tracklist for the album “God Does Like Ugly” into a concise EP titled “GDLU (Preluxe)“. Interestingly, JID released his “32 (Freestyle)” earlier in the week, which was not one of the four new tracks on this mixtape. The EP starts with the solitary track “Behold”, followed by collaborations with Lil Yachty, 6LACK, and Eminem.
If the temporary venture boasts a collaboration with Eminem, it’s hard to predict what JID might unveil on his upcoming official “GDLU” album next month. Could it be “Animals (Pt. 2)”?
