The report mentions that Slate expressed dissatisfaction with the apartment, particularly its suitability for her and her toddler, but was reluctant to move due to a substantial security deposit of $15,000 she would forfeit if she left prematurely.

Reportedly, Heath advised Slate to relocate, and suggested Wayfarer Studios would cover Slate’s forfeited deposit to help her secure better accommodations. However, Slate found issue with the tone of Heath’s advice. The updated complaint also presents evidence from around the time of filming showing that Ms. Lively was not the only one voicing concerns about on-set misconduct over a year before the movie was edited; furthermore, it includes documentation detailing the bullying, threats, and intimidation that both Ms. Lively and other innocent individuals have experienced as a result of defendants’ reprisals.
