During their conversation on the February 23rd episode of Whine Down podcast, Kramer, a country singer, talked about this subject with guest Kristen Brust, who was contemplating a breast reduction and uplift procedure.

Kramer made clear to Brust that cosmetic surgeries could be a personal preference, stating, “I don’t consider it shallow to desire a lift; it can boost one’s confidence.” While Kramer affirmed Brust’s decision, she expressed her own reservations about her previous action. “The thing I most regret about my breast augmentation is whether I did it solely for myself,” she admitted.

The artist contemplated how her previous marriage impacted her choice. She reminisced about her ex-spouse’s rumored repeated unfaithfulness and pondered whether enhancing her appearance through surgery might have prevented his infidelity, or made him find her more attractive. Kramer stated, “When the opportunity came up, I pondered for a while, thinking ‘Perhaps if I had larger breasts, he wouldn’t stray, or he’d find me more appealing in some way.’

Kramer shared that ultimately, she came to realize the decision was all about her personal well-being. After giving birth to two children, she observed considerable transformations in her physical self and sometimes felt uncomfortable when people reacted to these alterations. Reflecting on the past, she conceded that she actually appreciated the change, particularly following her divorce. In her own words, “Clearly, I enjoyed it.
