As a seasoned WWE fan with decades of wrestling lore etched into my memory banks, I must admit that the recent developments within the Bloodline have left me both intrigued and perplexed. The rise of Solo Sikoa as the Tribal Chief and the emergence of the New Bloodline has shaken up the WWE landscape in ways we haven’t seen since… well, since The Rock graced us with his electrifying presence.
There’s been a lot of talk about Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson potentially leading the revamped Bloodline, with Solo Sikoa stepping up as Tribal Chief. This news has caused quite a stir among top WWE stars. Since WrestleMania 40, the Bloodline has experienced several transformations. Solo Sikoa, previously known for his enforcer role within the faction, has been taking charge on his own.
As a die-hard fan, I’m pumped to share that I kicked Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman out of our faction and brought in Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu instead. We’ve since become the “New Bloodline,” causing chaos across the roster for months on end! Even with Roman Reigns back in the mix, there’s been no change in my leadership or actions – we’re here to dominate!
At WWE Crown Jewel 2024, The New Bloodline squared off against Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso in a critical contest. However, the result was unexpected as Sikoa managed to pin Reigns without any controversy, marking the second instance in four years where Reigns experienced a straight-up defeat by pinfall.
With Sikoa’s group holding sway, there’s a lingering doubt about who truly steers the New Bloodline. Though they often address Sikoa as their “Tribal Leader,” whispers suggest that The Rock could be orchestrating things behind the scenes. Lately, Tama Tonga, a member of the faction, has voiced his opinions regarding this intriguing speculation.
Tama Tonga hints at The Rock being the leader of the new Bloodline
Audience members might remember a surprising comeback by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson at WWE Bad Blood 2024. In that event, video clips from the audience showed Solo Sikoa claiming that The Rock’s appearance was planned in advance. Ever since, there has been much buzz about The Rock possibly orchestrating the New Bloodline in secret.
After a recent SmackDown event during which the New Bloodline attacked members of the old faction, WWE shared a video showing Tama Tonga performing a hand gesture similar to that of The Rock.
A fan reposted the video, highlighting the similarity between Tama Tonga and The Rock’s gestures, and speculated that The Great One might secretly be leading the faction. The tweet caught Tonga’s attention, prompting a cryptic response from him: ‘Shhhhhhhh.’

Time alone will show if The Rock is indeed spearheading the New Bloodline group. Should that be the case, it promises an intriguing sight as we watch how Roman Reigns responds.
