As a lifestyle expert with a keen eye for family dynamics and a soft spot for the Allu-Konidela clan, I find their bond truly remarkable. Sai Durgha Tej’s recent revelations at the ABPLive Summit have only solidified this impression. His candidness about his journey into acting and his unique perspective on competition among family members is both refreshing and inspiring.
As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but gush over the extraordinary bond shared by the Mega cousins from the Allu-Konidela family. Just recently, the talented Sai Dharam Tej, who goes by the name Sai Durgha Tej these days, revealed some fascinating insights into his relationship with his cousins, Ram Charan and Allu Arjun. Intriguingly, he also shed light on whether there had been moments when he felt a pang of envy towards them.
At the ABPLive Summit held in Hyderabad, Sai Durgha Tej shared an intriguing fact: Neither him nor his cousins had a predetermined ambition to pursue acting as a career, despite their close ties to the film industry. Furthermore, when discussing Ram Charan and Allu Arjun, he noted that these Mega cousins are like blossoms from the same plant, striving to flourish together rather than competing against each other.
In simpler terms, Sai expressed, “Initially, none of us imagined ourselves acting. To give you an example, I assumed I’d have a 9-5 job, but I found myself unsatisfied and yearned for something more. I bet Arjun, Charan, or my brother Vaisshnav Tej—we never envisioned ourselves joining the film industry.
The performer continued by explaining, “The event transpired spontaneously. Consequently, I don’t resent their achievements. As we are all blossoms from the same tree, blossoms do not compete; they flourish side by side.
Additionally, continuing with his honest disclosures, Sai Durgha Tej mentioned that although there are numerous actors in their family, movies are seldom the subject of discussion among them during their meetings.
According to Sai, they primarily discuss subjects such as food, clothing, contributing positively to society’s well-being, and various other topics that catch their attention, excluding movies.
Additionally, Sai Durgha expressed great praise for his uncle Pawan Kalyan and shared how he felt fortunate and grateful to have collaborated with him in the movie Bro. He considered this collaboration as a sort of final gift or blessing (Gurudakshina) bestowed upon him by the Power Star, who had been instrumental in shaping his career throughout its progression.
Regarding his professional life, Sai Durgha Tej’s latest appearance was in the 2023 movie “Bro”. His upcoming project, currently untitled, is expected to be called SDT18, directed by newcomer Rohith KP.
