As a lifestyle expert with years of experience observing and analyzing the lives of celebrities, I have come to appreciate the depth and complexity behind their actions and motivations. In the case of Prabhas, the actor’s decision to take a lower remuneration for his upcoming film The Raja Saab is a commendable move that speaks volumes about his character and professional integrity.
Prabhas is currently enjoying the success of his latest blockbuster, Kalki 2898 AD, helmed by Nag Ashwin. It’s reported that the actor, who will next be seen in The Raja Saab, has accepted a smaller fee for the project.
According to News 18’s report, the actor accepted a humble wage from People Media Factory, the film’s producers, for their movie. It’s worth noting that this production company was also responsible for distributing Prabhas’s film, Adipurush, in the past.
Is Prabhas taking a lower remuneration for The Raja Saab?
Despite multiple online rumors claiming that Prabhas reduced his fees for an upcoming Maruthi-directed horror-comedy, no official confirmation has been given by the film’s producers regarding this matter. The production will feature extensive visual effects.
In addition, the film is intended to be an entertaining production with the lead actor sporting a thick beard and long hair. Notably, Malavika Mohanan and Nidhhi Agerwal are set to make their first films with the popular actor, featuring as the female leads.
The film is scheduled to premier in early 2025, and the producers intend to distribute it in multiple languages as well.
Prabhas on the work front
Prabhas recently starred as the main character in the sci-fi action movie “Kalki: 2898 AD,” which featured Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani. This film is based on the Hindu mythology’s epic, Mahabharata, and introduces Kalki, a predicted deity and the 10th avatar of Lord Vishnu.
In an exciting and imaginative way, Nag Ashwin’s epic film wove together mythology and futuristic dystopia. The acting talents of Saswata Chatterjee, Brahmanandam, Rajendra Prasad, Shobhana, Pasupathy, Anna Ben, and numerous others contributed significantly to the production, alongside our leading stars.
In addition to the prominent cast members Vijay Deverakonda, Dulquer Salmaan, and Mrunal Thakur, the film showcased several other actors delivering captivating cameo performances.
Additionally, Prabhas is set to collaborate with Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the director of Animal, on an action film titled Spirit. He also has a historical movie in the works under Hanu Raghavapudi’s direction and the sequel, Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam, helmed by Prashanth Neel.
