Is Kichcha Sudeep quitting as the host of Bigg Boss Kannada after being a part of 10 seasons? His VIRAL post grabs attention

As a lifestyle expert with a keen eye for trends and a deep appreciation for the art of storytelling, I must say that Kichcha Sudeep’s decision to step down as the host of Bigg Boss Kannada after 11 seasons is indeed a significant shift in the Kannada entertainment industry.

Sudeep gained widespread recognition within many homes due to his captivating role as the enigmatic presenter of the hit reality show, Bigg Boss Kannada. Since 2013, he has been a valuable member of the franchise and has kept audiences engaged for nearly ten seasons as an uncompromising host. However, his sudden announcement to leave the position left everyone in a state of surprise.

On his official account (previously Twitter), Kichcha expressed gratitude for the outstanding viewer reception and the impressive TRP ratings that all seasons of BBK have garnered. Regretfully, he announced his intention to no longer host Bigg Boss Kannada after the current 11th season, asking everyone to show understanding and respect for his decision.

He wrote, “Thank you all for the great response shown towards #BBK11. The TVR (number) speaks in volumes about the love you all have shown towards the show and me. It’s been a great 10+1 years of travel together, and it’s time for me to move on with what I need to do. This will be my last season as a host for BBK, and  I truly believe that my decision will be respected by my colors and all those who have followed BB all these years. Let’s make this season the best, and I, too, shall entertain you all to my best. Luv & Hugs.Thank you all for this.”

For those not familiar, Kichcha Sudeep began hosting Bigg Boss Kannada’s first season in 2013 on ETV Kannada. Following incredible popularity, he has maintained his role as the host throughout subsequent seasons, even as the show moved its broadcast to Colors Kannada.

It appears that Sudeepa has secured a five-season contract with Colors TV network for an estimated 200 crore rupees, making it one of the priciest milestones in the Kannada television industry. Additionally, he has hosted not only the main seasons but also a spin-off season of Bigg Boss Kannada.

In terms of his work, Kichcha Sudeep has two thrilling projects coming up. One is the action-packed film “Max,” directed by Vijay Karthikeyaa. Additionally, he will be working on the drama “Billa Ranga Baasha,” which is being led by Anup Bhandari.
