Harry Da Souza’s unwavering loyalty to the Harrigan family has sparked speculation among MobLand fans, leading them to question if Harry is Conrad’s son and Kevin’s brother. As the Stevensons and Harrigans move closer to a confrontation, viewers observe the mysterious Harry’s skillful negotiating abilities.
One captivating enigma arising from his numerous endearing traits is the steadfast devotion he shows towards the Harrigan clan in the series.
Is Harry Conrad Harrigan’s son and Kevin’s brother in Mobland?
Harry isn’t biologically related to Conrad Harrigan nor is he Kevin’s half-brother. They initially encountered each other at a prison when they were young adults. At the time, Harry was in his third stint in prison. Kevin had been apprehended for an armed robbery and benefited from Conrad’s influential connections, which led to a lenient sentence.
In their initial encounter, Harry discovered the real persona of Kevin, who was revealing it while Harry assisted in cleaning his injury. Meanwhile, episode 2 of MobLand flashed back to an unsettling moment where a police officer named Rusby cruelly mistreated Harry.
Eventually, Harry transitioned into a work partner for Kevin, which granted him access to the Harrigan family residence as their problem solver. However, Maeve, the head of the Harrigans, started to express doubts regarding the actual intentions of this problem solver.
Subsequently, Harry’s loyalty will be severely tested after the devastating car bombing that claimed Vron Stevenson’s life. It was Maeve Harrigan who orchestrated this assassination through her underling Paul, as shown in the climax of MobLand’s fifth episode. This marked the beginning of a war, as Maeve sought revenge for the humiliation she suffered at Tommy’s funeral.
After his wife and son were brutally killed, ruthless gang boss Richie Stevenson finds himself with nothing left to hold onto as he readies for a brutal showdown against the Harrigans. The once peaceful household of the Harrigans has now become a battleground, drawing bloodshed into their lives unknowingly. Harry finds himself at a critical juncture, teetering on the edge of a destructive conflict that threatens to engulf everyone in its wake.
Meanwhile, Harry might be driven by a deep-seated desire for revenge against Officer Rusby. However, it’s unclear whether Kevin could stand by Harry as he once did during Harrigan’s illegal activities.
As a dedicated fan, I can’t help but feel that Harry is set to be the central figure in the impending crucial showdown based on the conclusion of MobLand Episode 5. The loyalty he shows towards the self-destructive Irish gang will undoubtedly shape the complex tapestry of alliances and betrayals that the story will unfold.
