The cast members of Ironheart, namely Dominique Thorne and Anthony Ramos, have hinted at a significant guest appearance in the latter part of the Marvel series.
Currently available for streaming on Disney+, you can catch the initial three episodes of Ironheart! In this Marvel series, Dominique Thorne returns to her MCU character, Riri Williams, following her appearance in 2022’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Meanwhile, Parker Robbins/The Hood is brought to life by Anthony Ramos.
What do we know about the Ironheart cameo?
In an exclusive sit-down with Entertainment Tonight, me and my fellow Ironheart cast mate got a chance to discuss some juicy details about our upcoming series. When queried about a fresh antagonist joining the fray, we were coyly evasive about the villain’s name, but hinted at the part they’ll play in the show and the expansive Marvel Cinematic Universe as a whole.
Thorne expressed, “I’m not convinced [we’ve seen him for the last time in the MCU]. I truly hope it’s not a farewell. I’d prefer if we see him again. Learning about his introduction in Ironheart gave me a tremendous boost of motivation. It’s fantastic that fans will finally get to see him in this series, especially considering how long they’ve been eagerly anticipating it.
Ramos added, “And he’s one of the elite actors of our time, too. So that also helps.”
As a gaming enthusiast, I’ve been buzzing with excitement about the online chatter suggesting that Thorne and Ramos might be hinting towards Mephisto, a character rumored to be portrayed by the hilarious Sacha Baron Cohen. The first three episodes seem to drop subtle clues that this character, initially speculated to appear in both WandaVision and Agatha All Along, could make an entrance soon. However, we’ll have to keep our eyes peeled until July 1, 2025, when the final three episodes are released, to confirm if these theories hold water.
