Who is Opal Suchata Chuangsri?

Originating from the vibrant city of Phuket, Thailand, Opal Chuangsri was born on September 30, 2003, into a family that manages a thriving hospitality enterprise. Her educational journey took her to Kajonkietsuksa School and later Triam Udom Suksa School, where she honed her communication abilities and gained cultural proficiency.

As reported by LiveMint, the expected Miss World 2025 has a remarkable skill set that includes fluency in Thai, Chinese, and English languages. What sets her apart is her ability to skillfully play the ukulele in reverse.

At the tender age of 16, she kick-started her own initiative titled “Opal For Her.” The idea was sparked by her own encounter with a harmless breast lump, which necessitated surgery. This experience fueled her passion to advocate for women’s health, focusing on awareness and education.

Through her Beauty with a Purpose initiative at Miss World, her campaign took the spotlight. In discussions with the judges, she expressed her desire to carry on this mission and utilize the platform for supporting significant issues.

Previously, she competed in the Miss Universe 2024 contest as a representative of Thailand, where she placed as the third runner-up and received the Voice for Change – Silver award. Later, on April 22, she was crowned Miss World Thailand 2025, mere days before jetting off to Hyderabad for the Miss World 2025 pageant’s grand finale.
