Marvel’s initial season of Daredevil: Born Again has concluded, leaving viewers with an intensely gruesome, jaw-wrenching scene and high anticipation for the upcoming sequel. If you’ve developed a hunger for more of Matt Murdock’s nocturnal crime-fighting exploits and are current on the comics – which is rather uncommon – there’s a fresh video game available for your enjoyment.
Currently, there are just two officially licensed Daredevil games available, and only one of them has been made public – the 2003 Game Boy Advance (GBA) tie-in for the Ben Affleck movie. However, a fan has generously created an entirely new Daredevil fan game. By the way, don’t forget that there was also a hint of Daredevil in the Spider-Man 2 game!
Daredevil fan game released
MrKnowBody, a popular YouTuber, has developed a fresh fan-game based on Daredevil, and it’s now ready for download by PC gaming enthusiasts directly from Itch.
Crafted using Unreal Engine 5, this fan-made game immerses players as The Man Without Fear in a gritty, deep Hell’s Kitchen rescue operation. Utilizing your stealth abilities and “Devil Sense,” you must free a man who has been kidnapped by thugs (previously known as goons, but they no longer go by that name).
This fan-made game may not boast complexity, but it’s undeniably the first authentic 3D Daredevil game that has been successfully launched. It carries a hint of Arkham Asylum and a touch of rough edges, yet the thrill lies in embodying the Marvel superhero for real playtime.
Back in the early 2000s, there was a console game in development for the hero, designed by Argonaut Games – creators of Alien Resurrection and Croc. The game offered an intriguing perspective on the character, and while it’s not fully complete, you can find builds online for an early version of the game running on the PlayStation 2.
Currently, there’s an anticipation for Daredevil to debut in Marvel Rivals as a fresh hero in the modern setting. It’s our wish that one day, we’ll experience a high-quality AAA adventure centered around the vigilante. How about daytime detective work and nighttime confrontations? Forget it, let’s ask for a Persona-style calendar and a compact open world instead. Truth be told, I’m just eager for any content at this point.
