Akhil Paul, a film director from Malayalam, shared on social media that his mother, Lilly Paul, has sadly passed away. She had been battling cancer and her final moments were in Bengaluru. The funeral service for Lilly will be held tomorrow, October 22, at St. Joseph’s Church.
The Identity director expressed his grief over the untimely demise of his mother Lilly and wrote, “Our mother Mrs. Lilly Paul has passed away at her home in Bangalore. A retired school teacher and loving mother, she was a brave soul who fought against her cancer ailments for the past year.”
He mentioned that we’ll take her to our house in Iritty by tonight, and you are welcome to pay your respects until 11 AM tomorrow morning. The funeral service will take place at St. Joseph’s Church, Iritty, tomorrow at 11:30 AM. We kindly ask for your prayers, may the deceased find eternal peace.
