Ice Age 6 Plot Will Be a ‘Sentimental Journey,’ Teases John Leguizamo

After over four months of waiting, John Leguizamo, who’s known for his work in the Ice Age series, has given us a fresh update on the plot of Ice Age 6. He will be reprising his role as everyone’s favorite character, Sid the ground sloth.

In addition to Leguizamo, Ice Age 6 will see the comeback of long-standing franchise actors Ray Romano, Denis Leary, and Queen Latifah, who will once again voice Manny the mammoth, Sid the ground sloth, Diego the saber-toothed tiger, and Ellie the mammoth.

Apart from the primary actors, Simon Pegg, who played the one-eyed weasel named Buck in Shaun of the Dead, has also agreed to return for another performance. This character made its debut in Collision Course in 2016 and was later seen again in The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild on Disney+.

Currently, neither the director nor the scriptwriter for this project have been disclosed. However, it’s being produced by 20th Century Animation under the guidance of Lori Forte as the producer.
