As a gamer, I’ll first cross paths with Rosa while on the Via Argentum quest trail. During this journey, I’ll start to grasp a bit about her personality and her impressive intellect. Once I’ve wrapped up that quest, I’ll delve deeper into her story during the Taking French Leave mission.

In this adventure, your primary goal is to save the honorable Sir Hans Capon through the tunnel that Rosa mentioned. Yet, she has a request that could potentially help you pursue a romantic relationship with her. She wants you to retrieve a book for her; this sets off a side mission that might be overlooked if not carefully attended to.

If you failed to take Rosa’s book with you on the “Taking French Leave” mission, then regardless of any actions you may attempt, you will not have the chance to romance her. Obtaining her book serves as the crucial first step towards courting her.

On the second story of the tower during the “Taking French Leave” mission, you’ll encounter a woman. You have two options: either subdue her with a knockout blow or use your abilities to intimidate her. Once dealt with, you’ll find it simple to obtain the book by the window.

After wrapping up the task, ensure you present her with the book. Prior to handing it over, take a moment to read it through to enhance your standing.

A Heroine’s Story – Best Book Options

After you have given the book back to Rosa, help her write a story in the same book.

Choose these options:

  • “A Woman”
  • “She Should Be Clever”
  • “Only Fools Say That”
  • “Good Intent”

If you’ve read the book and know the character of Rosa, then you should be able to grasp that the female character in the narrative embodies Rosa.

  • Not A Skill Check – There’s no other way. We’re torching the tower.

In simpler terms, the ideal choice is the first one. Avoid choosing the last option since it may make her feel unimportant or uncared for regarding her safety. And by the way, your performance on the skill check doesn’t matter in this context.

If you hit a skill check failure, choose these options:

  • “I refuse to put Rosa in danger!”
  • “I’ll try to rescue Rosa”
  • “Yes, I’ll do it!”

Now, you must defeat the enemies in the tower to trigger a cutscene.

There might be a set duration for survival, or you could need to eliminate a certain number of enemies, since we didn’t eliminate all the adversaries and the cutscene started.

Getting Rosa Her Home Back

During the Oratores mission, you’ll be tasked with accompanying Rosa to the Ruthard castle. You should follow her through the hidden corridor and, if she halts along the way, be sure to assist by picking her up. Subsequently, your goal is to vanquish all adversaries within the castle and ultimately reach her chamber.

If a chance to kiss Rosa doesn’t present itself, it could mean that your standing with her isn’t high enough yet, or perhaps you skipped over a prior action.

Following your selections, you’ll reach the concluding option to share a loving kiss. After you do so, a special scene unfolds showcasing the tender moment between Henry and Rosa. In the last mission of the game, Rosa reappears for a heartfelt farewell.
