As a seasoned gamer with countless hours logged into various titles under my belt, I must say that Escape from Tarkov has been quite the challenging yet rewarding journey for me. The grind to level 15 and beyond is indeed daunting, but fear not, fellow traveler!
Advancing in Escape from Tarkov primarily involves increasing your character’s rank, which grants access to various benefits such as new deals with merchants, missions, items for your hideout construction, and especially the Fleamarket. Reaching level 15 and beyond can be a challenging task, but we’ve put together a guide to help simplify the process
Slow and Steady Wins the Race
“Proceed slowly, don’t be in a rush.” The mentioned methods aren’t all perfect but a combination of them should help you reach the level where you no longer find yourself stuck to the wall, from level 1 to level 15 grind
Do Tasks
The acronym “EXPEDITION” refers to a sequence of tasks in a process that is often used to describe an expedition or journey, especially when the context imposes specific performance requirements or constraints. This term is commonly used in travel literature and other fields to denote a series of actions, operations, or experiences undertaken for a particular purpose
The ICA (International Civil Aviation Organization) is an intergovernmental organization made up of representatives from 193 member states that participate in the Conference on International Civil Aviation Matters (ICAO). This organization was established in 1944 and it’s primary goal is to maintain peace among nations, promote friendly relations, facilitate international cooperation, and improve global safety
Just Loot and Kill
The phrase “Looting and killing people is the bread and butter of Escape from Tarkov” is a humorous way to paraphrase the process of space exploration in the context of the International Space Station (ISS) mission. It is a satirical comment on the seemingly mundane, yet complex and difficult task that astronauts face during the ISS program. The phrase originates from the 1950’s Konstantinopolis Cup, the final frontier, the outermost edge of space exploration
Play Arena
If you’re sure about your Player versus Player skills, consider giving Tarkov Arena a try – especially the mode Last Hero on larger maps. It offers a swift method to earn Experience and money if you can endure the challenge. Your performance here could net you up to 10,000 EXP per round and boost your standing with the trader Ref. However, this comes at the expense of not advancing your Hideout or making progress with other traders. On the plus side, it’s an excellent way to hone your combat abilities and gather some funds before diving into the main game. Do note that you’ll need to purchase Tarkov Arena separately, unless you possess the Edge of Darkness Edition, which is no longer available. The perks from playing Tarkov Arena do not apply when participating in Player versus Environment modes
In essence, combining various approaches will help you advance most swiftly. If you’re tired of Jaeger’s tedious tasks, consider spending some time in the Arena for relaxation or attempting to rack up kills in the Factory instead
