In the heat of battle within Firebreak, ammunition is a precious commodity that you’ve gotta keep an eye on. With skirmishes getting pretty fierce, it’s crucial to strategize your bullet stash management. Inevitably, there’ll be moments when your weapon runs dry. Here’s a tip on how to restock ammo in Firebreak:
1. Look for fallen enemies: Often, defeated opponents will drop some of their ammo, so don’t forget to scour the battlefield for any discarded bullets.
2. Find supply crates: Keep an eye out for supply drops scattered across levels; they usually contain valuable resources like ammo.
3. Complete side missions: Side quests often reward you with additional ammo, so make sure to tackle those when you get the chance.
4. Upgrade your weapons: Investing in weapon upgrades can increase your overall ammunition capacity, helping you last longer in intense firefights.
5. Prioritize looting: When the heat of battle subsides, take a moment to search your immediate surroundings for any dropped ammo or hidden supply caches.
6. Use cover wisely: Avoid reloading in the open as it makes you vulnerable to enemy fire. Instead, take cover and reload when it’s safe to do so.
7. Conserve ammo: Try to land headshots whenever possible; they tend to use less ammo than body shots. Also, don’t waste bullets on enemies that are too far away or behind cover.
How to get ammo in FBC: Firebreak
To stock up on ammo in Firebreak’s FBC (Firebreak Control): Head to Ammo Stations, identifiable by their red color. These stations are present in every Job and offer an endless amount of ammo. However, before you can use them, there are a few steps to follow. Initially, you must give the station power. You can accomplish this through manual repair or by using the Jump Kit’s Charge Impactor tool. Once powered, the light on the station will turn on, indicating that it is ready for use.
After setting up your functional Ammo Station, step up to the counter and engage with it. You’ll then be asked to play a quick-time event (QTE) game where you press the correct buttons as quickly as possible. There’s no time limit, but the quicker you respond, the sooner you can reload and get back into combat. The QTE will carry on until your ammo is fully stocked, although you can finish it prematurely if you find yourself in a critical situation. Additionally, these Ammo Stations are useful for restocking your grenades too.
In addition to that, Safe Rooms offer the opportunity to stock up on ammunition. These rooms are identified by sliding doors and contain a variety of useful items. The small red blocks scattered around the floor and surfaces are actually ammo packs. Don’t forget to pick up some grenades as well. Remember, whatever you find in the Safe Room is shared with your teammates, so share generously!
In Firebreak’s Firebreak (game), there are specific ways to replenish your ammunition. Given that ammo is nearly as essential as health, use these methods prudently.
