How to Access the Bride’s Boudoir Golden Chest in Wuchang Fallen Feathers

In an unexpected twist, the game Wuchang: Fallen Feathers emerged as a compelling soulslike for adventurers, featuring expansive, intricately connected, multi-tiered environments teeming with shortcuts, locked doors, elevators, and an assortment of other elements. Each region in this game is laden with numerous secrets, hidden treasures, and items that are easily overlooked. You’re bound to feel lost and stuck quite frequently as you play, gradually discovering every accessible route and piecing together the puzzle during your exploration.

In the game “Wuchang: Fallen Feathers”, a certain room, hidden behind bars and a locked door, is situated closely to the Bride’s Boudoir shrine in Cloudspire. This room contains a difficult-to-acquire treasure chest, often referred to as a ‘golden chest’. Here’s how you can locate the room and unlock the chest.

In the game “Wuchang: Fallen Feathers,” this chest is included among all the previously lost relics. To ensure you haven’t overlooked any prior chests and maximize your Manna Vase, be sure to refer to our guide here.

Locked Room With the Golden Chest in the Shaft Location

As you journey through the eerie depths of Snowfall Palace in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, activating the Bride’s Boudoir shrine should lead you to discover a hidden, hard-to-reach chamber containing a chest filled with gold. To find this room, keep following the main path until you encounter two Junior Maid enemies. Then, take a left turn and cross the long, slender bridge that has five Pendulum Hammer traps. However, beware! A dangerous Senior Maid resides in the next room, while a large Snowfall Guard roams nearby.

After taking care of your adversaries (you can bait them onto the bridge and allow the traps to handle them), players will find themselves quite close to the golden chest, however, there seems to be no obvious means of entry, regardless of how meticulously you examine the surrounding environment. The peculiarity lies in the fact that the locked room containing the golden chest can only be entered from above. Consequently, you’ll need to retrace your steps a bit and transport yourself to the Shaft Entrance shrine to continue your journey from there.

How to Reach the Golden Chest Behind the Locked Door Near the Bride’s Boudoir Shrine

Begin at the Shaft Entrance shrine. Proceed along the main route, then veer left to cross a small bridge with two Pendulum Hammer traps. A large Snowfall Guard will be found in a room nearby, battling several smaller foes. Dispatch these adversaries and carry on down the path until you reach an area where two massive rolling boulders tumble from above, flattening any enemies in their wake.

To continue your journey, disregard the trail you likely followed earlier, which veers off to the left. Instead, keep a steady course towards where the boulders have fallen. Although it may not be immediately apparent, there’s no risk involved in descending this way.

To make your journey simpler and less confusing, it’s best to traverse the main path on the left first, and only then unlock the Bride’s Boudoir shrine which leads to a locked room containing the chest. This will help you navigate the rest of the shaft in Wuchang more easily.

Following the descent, players will ultimately find themselves within a compact, secured chamber containing a golden chest. Opening this chest awards one of the “Lost Remains”, an item that boosts the healing power of the Manna Vase in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. The final steps involve unlocking the chamber’s door from inside and navigating cautiously around nearby adversaries.
