In the story, Cregan Stark, Sara Snow’s half-brother, makes an appearance in the second season premiere where he meets Jacaerys Velaryon. They form a bond to support Rhaenyra Targaryen’s cause during the Dance of the Dragons. However, in the books, their relationship strengthens before Jacaerys sleeps with Sara, which didn’t make it to the show.
