The release date for the film “Honey Don’t,” starring Golden Globe nominee Margaret Qualley who is reprising her role in Ethan Coen’s upcoming detective comedy, has been disclosed. Previously, Qualley collaborated with Coen on the road comedy film “Drive Away Dolls” from last year.
What is the Honey Don’t release date window?
During a recent interview, it’s been revealed that Focus Features is aiming for a release window in May 2025 for the Coen’s Honey Don’t film. Furthermore, Qualley shared her delight about working on this project, particularly as she got to collaborate with one of her admired actresses.
Ethan Coen and Tricia Cooke are two individuals I hold in high regard, and it’s a joy to be on their film set,” Qualley expressed. “It’s challenging to find the right words to express how unique and meaningful creating that movie was for me, as well as collaborating with Aubrey Plaza, who is not only one of my favorite actors but also an exceptional individual.
In this upcoming film, the Coens’ collaborative work continues as Ethan Coen directs on his own for the first time since writing with his producing partner and spouse Tricia Cooke. The impressive lineup of actors features Aubrey Plaza, Chris Evans, Charlie Day, Billy Eichner, Lera Abova, Jacnier, Gabby Beans, Talia Ryder, Kristin Connolly, Lena Hall, Don Swayze, Josh Pafchek, Kale Browne, Alexander Carstoiu, and Christian Antidormi. The production is overseen by Tim Bevan, Eric Fellner, Robert Graf, Coen, and Cooke.
