The plot of Hide N Seek unfolds in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, and revolves around Shiva, a medical student with dreams of joining the military as a doctor. Despite having a backing family, many of whom are military personnel themselves, his career goal encounters opposition from his sister.
As Shiva stumbles upon a troubling link between several murders, a series of ominous and suspenseful incidents unfold.
