‘He is like that a dangerous person’: When Prabhas’ Salaar co-star Prithviraj Sukumaran revealed the ‘worst thing’ about working with him

From his mesmerizing performances in blockbuster films like Baahubali to his endearing nature that melts millions of hearts, there’s no denying his magnetic appeal.

However, did you know Prithviraj Sukumaran, Prabhas’ co-star in Salaar, once spoke about the most challenging aspect of working with this superstar?

During the promotion of their film Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, Prabhas, Prashanth Neel, and Prithviraj Sukumaran appeared for a candid chat session with renowned filmmaker SS Rajamouli. During the fun conversation, the Baahubali director questioned Sukumaran about the ‘worst’ thing about working with Prabhas. 

In response, Prithviraj Sukumaran cautioned, “You need to be very mindful. Don’t blithely say things like ‘I like this’, ‘I like that’. I had been traveling across the country recently and I mentioned that it had been a while since I visited home and drove my cars. He suggested leaving his Lamborghini with me, saying I could keep it for a few days. Frankly, I found that quite absurd!

Additionally, the actor from Aadujeevitham reminisced about a time when his family – wife Supriya, daughter Alankrita – dropped by during the filming of Salaar. Prabhas inquired about Prithviraj Sukumaran’s daughter’s preferred cuisine.

Beyond this, it was disclosed that the actor from Baahubali had such an abundance of food on set that he needed an additional room to store it. As Prithviraj put it, “It’s nearly impossible to diet with Prabhas sir nearby. The surprising thing is that he doesn’t eat much himself. He will serve you in a small bowl.

In a similar vein, Shruti Haasan, an actress from Saalar, has previously mentioned that Prabhas is generous by nature, particularly when it comes to feeding others on set. During an appearance on the show Khane Main Kya Hai, she shared that if anyone is eating food in his presence, Prabhas will pause his own meal and offer more food to that person instead.

Apart from reminiscing, Shruti Haasan shared that Prabhas, much like a dedicated gourmand, once confided in her that if not an actor, he would simply be enjoying and sharing meals with others. This suggests that Prabhas has a strong affinity for food and dining experiences.
