In the latest episode of Resident Playbook, I found myself immersed in the lives of four Gen Z interns at Yulje Hospital’s OB-GYN department. By the end of Episode 12, we saw each character reach significant milestones: Oh Yi-young secured a second-year position, Um Jae-il embarked on a research project, Pyo Nam-kyung grappled with the loss of her first patient, and Kim Sa-bi discovered the power of humor to uplift patients. The episode didn’t just focus on their personal journeys; it also showcased romantic developments and professional achievements for various characters.

You can currently stream all episodes from the series on Netflix. As of now, the creators haven’t given any hints about a potential next season, and there’s no indication that the story will continue focusing on the experiences of second-year residents.
