Everyone is eagerly waiting for Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming movie titled Hari Hara Veera Mallu, a Telugu period actioner that has kept viewers in anticipation due to its past delays in release. However, the makers have now set the release date as July 24, 2025, and it won’t be long before we get a glimpse of the movie through its trailer.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu trailer release update
Speaking with X, the creators revealed a fresh movie poster showcasing Pawan Kalyan in the role of a rebellious warrior as the main character. Additionally, they announced that the trailer will be released on July 3, 2025 at exactly 11:10 AM.
They wrote, “When the earth calls out for justice… A solitary hero responds… Not in anger, but with determination. #HHVMTrailer will be released tomorrow at 11:10 AM.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s previous postponements
Initially, Pawan Kalyan’s film was scheduled for a cinema release on May 9th. However, due to incomplete production and shooting tasks, there have been multiple delays in its release previously.
Initially, they announced a new statement delaying the launch until June 12. However, even on that occasion, things didn’t work out as anticipated, resulting in them ultimately confirming July 24 as the definite release date.
Did HHVM makers face pressure from OTT partners over the release date?
To put it simply, for those unfamiliar, the creators of Hari Hara Veera Mallu agreed to a contract for an OTT (Over-the-top) release with Amazon Prime Video following the movie’s theater run. Therefore, the film will be available on Amazon Prime Video only after it has finished showing in cinemas.
Earlier, according to a report from Telugu Cinema, the producers of the movie were allegedly pushed by Amazon Prime Video to decide on a definite release date, with no further postponements for the film.
According to the terms of their agreement, the streaming titan required that the film be made available on their platform no later than the end of July. Not meeting this deadline might lead to potential repercussions, such as a possible scaling back or even cancellation of the partnership deal between the two entities, as represented by Prime Video.
Moving on to the film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, in addition to Pawan Kalyan as the main character, it also features Bobby Deol, Nidhhi Agerwal, Nora Fatehi, Nargis Fakhri, Sathyaraj, Jisshu Sengupta, and others.
