It’s well-established that Japanese sports enthusiasts find nothing more exhilarating than baseball. Having witnessed the massive gatherings at the Tokyo Dome personally, I can understand why Goddess of Victory: Nikke is marking the arrival of summer with a baseball-themed update – it’s no surprise to me!

Regretfully, this update doesn’t include a themed gameplay mode. However, players can acquire stylish new designs for their preferred Nikkes, featuring a sporty aesthetic. Noir takes on the role of a cheerleader, while Blanc is positioned as the No. 77 Batter. A ‘7 Days Login Event’, lasting from May 29th to June 20th, provides an opportunity to claim Noir’s skin at no cost.

Instead, let me clarify that this update introduces a new character named SSR Nikke K. (Regrettably, not Tommy Lee Jones). She is an electric attacker, harboring a grudge against humans and a strong dislike for them. However, she skillfully conceals this animosity as she’s aware that her fate would be sealed if it were exposed.

Given that the video above features additional characters dressed as baseball players (Nikkes), I wouldn’t be shocked if more characters receive costume updates in the future. However, at present, Noir and Blanc are the main focus of this update.
