Gleb Savchenko hails from a Russian-American background and is a multitalented individual, known for his skills as a dancer, choreographer, and model. At present, he showcases his dancing abilities on the American version of Dancing with the Stars, having also taken part in the British, Australian, and Russian versions of the popular program.
Who is Gleb Savchenko?
Born on September 16, 1983, in Moscow, Gleb Savchenko started his dancing journey at the tender age of eight. Prior to that, he was already married to fellow professional dancer Elena Samodanova, and together they have a beautiful daughter named Olivia, born in November 2010.
Back in March 2017, the couple made public that they were anticipating their second child. Their second little girl, Zlata, arrived on August 1, 2017. However, after being married for 14 years, Gleb and Elena announced their decision to part ways in November 2020.

2012 saw Gleb competing as a pro dancer on the 12th season of Dancing with the Stars, partnered with model Erin McNaught. Regrettably, they were the initial pair to be ousted from the contest, eventually ranking 11th overall.
2013 saw Gleb Savchenko taking part as a professional dancer in the sixteenth series of Dancing with the Stars. His partner for this season was Lisa Vanderpump, a popular figure known from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

In the 25th season, actress Sasha Pieterse from Pretty Little Liars partnered with Gleb Savchenko. Unfortunately, they were the fourth pair to get eliminated, resulting in a 10th place ranking for them in the competition.
In the 26th season, I teamed up with Arike Ogunbowale, a star from Notre Dame’s women’s basketball squad. Unfortunately, we were sent packing in the second week, managing to tie for 7th place with the legendary duo of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Lindsay Arnold.
In the 27th season, comedy artist Nikki Glaser and Sasha Savchenko were partnered together. Unfortunately, they were the initial pair to be ousted from the contest, ultimately ranking 13th overall.
In the 28th season, Sasha Savchenko danced with country singer Lauren Alaina, earning them a spot in the final round. They ended up finishing in the fourth position.
In the 29th season, he was paired with Chrishell Stause, an actress known for her role in Selling Sunset. However, their journey ended in the eighth week, resulting in an 8th place finish for them.
In the 30th season, Savchenko teamed up with Melanie C, who is part of the Spice Girls, and they finished the contest at position 11.
In the 31st season, dancer Gleb Savchenko danced with drag queen Shangela, earning them a 4th position in the finals. The following season, he paired with actress Mira Sorvino, finishing in 10th place. For the 33rd season, Savchenko partnered with model Brooks Nader, resulting in a 9th place finish.
Back in December 2020, news surfaced about the Dancing With the Stars pro apparently starting a romantic connection with Brooks Nader, following their stint in season 29. However, after approximately two months of dating, it became public knowledge that their relationship was over.
