GKIDS Announces ‘DAN DA DAN: Evil Eye’ North America Theatrical Release Dates

GKIDS has just unveiled the trailer for “DAN DA DAN: Evil Eye,” which is set to hit theaters and stir excitement ahead of the show’s second season. This release comes after it was announced that “DAN DA DAN” would return in July, giving fans a sneak peek at the upcoming episodes.

According to GKIDS, the upcoming screening will showcase the final episode of Season 1 and the first three episodes from Season 2 of DAN DA DAN. This gives fans a sneak peek at the series before its official TV debut. Additionally, this special event includes bonus material like an interview with the co-directors.

In the “Evil Eye” storyline, we encounter a powerful adversary and explore mysterious, supernatural elements. The trailer previews thrilling encounters, like Okarun’s fight against the Evil Eye itself – a 200-year-old curse bent on retribution. The artwork showcases Science SARU’s distinctive animation techniques, enhanced by an original soundtrack from Kensuke Ushio, who has previously contributed to “Chainsaw Man.

In North American theaters, the movie titled “DAN DA DAN: Evil Eye” will make its debut on June 6, 2025, followed by its European premiere on June 7.
