Anna corners Vaughn at the bar after Emma’s suspicious date

At the Brown Dog bar, Anna spots Isaiah and asks for his assistance to monitor Emma, who’s with a considerably older gentleman, Vaughn. When Vaughn proposes they depart, Anna steps in, offering to buy them a round first. Vaughn discloses he works within the PCU facilities department, but Anna remains skeptical. She cautions Emma about his age and potential hidden intentions. Emma retorts that she’s mature enough to choose her own dating partners.

Later on, Joss emerges, challenges Vaughn, insisting he must decide between her and Emma. Angered, Emma secretly takes a “Master” key from Vaughn before he departs with Joss.

Trina and Kai’s relationship hangs by a thread

In the art gallery, Trina is taken aback when Kai confesses that he informed Drew about Curtis’ scheme involving Jacinda. She angrily accuses him of siding with Drew against her family and betraying her father. Kai replies that he acted based on what he deemed as right. Trina then tells him that he can never truly be considered part of the family. He says he loves her, but she insists he leaves. Once he departs, she breaks down crying.

Portia lashes out at Curtis and leans into Isaiah’s company

At Aurora, Portia accosts Curtis, upset over his absence from Trina’s performance. Curtis discloses that Drew has extorted him once more, and Kai sabotaged his scheme. Feeling responsible, Portia inquires whether Curtis still holds affection for her or solely for Trina. In response, he confesses that he is merely seeking self-preservation and their daughter’s wellbeing.

In due course, Portia, visibly upset, confides in Isaiah. He advises her to cease rivalry with Jordan and focus on her unique approach instead. Portia seems receptive and agrees to pick up the following round of drinks.

Brook Lynn’s revenge leads to disaster for Rocco and a fight with Dante

In the lavish Quartermaine mansion, I stumbled upon Brook Lynn, her eyes welled up with tears. Just then, Dante burst into the room, seething, accusing her of carelessly leaving a file about Britt Westbourne where little Rocco could stumble upon it. He claimed she’d deliberately hurt our son, Lulu, to retaliate. I tried to argue that my actions weren’t premeditated, but I confessed to wanting revenge. As the reality sank in, I crumbled, understanding that Gio now despises me, and the harm might be too deep to fix.

Eventually, Tracy requests that Chase step in out of concern that Brook Lynn’s fixation on revenge could lead to the destruction of all they have built together.

Laura comforts Rocco and helps Lulu

Rocco looks for additional details, grappling with the belief that he was taken instead of being born out of affection. Later, Laura meets him on the porch and explains that his parents deeply desired him, even if their past is convoluted. Lulu listens in and expresses gratitude to her mom, acknowledging it provided comfort not just for Rocco but also for herself. Simultaneously, Rocco emails Obrecht, identifying himself as her former grandchild.
