Spoilers for what happens on General Hospital today on May 19, 2025
Brook Lynn defends Gio
Brook Lynn stands up for Gio, stating that he and Danny have been through enough. Gio acknowledges his errors and promises to regain their trust before departing. Lois tags along, but Gio asserts he can manage on his own. Inside, Ned applauds Gio, while Olivia compliments Brook Lynn for her kindness.
Sasha receives a subpoena
In the kitchen, Sasha expresses concern about Danny to Dante. Dante mentions that Jason finds it difficult to control him. When Jason arrives, a legal document-server gives Sasha a summons for the custody hearing of Michael and Willow. She becomes alarmed, thinking Ric might know Michael is her child’s father, but Jason calmly assures her that he does not.
Later on, Olivia and Brook Lynn express concerns to Dante about being too harsh with Gio. Olivia brings up Dante’s own past experiences as a point of reference, but Dante counters by stating that Gio requires more than just kind words. Brook Lynn contends that Gio has changed, and Dante predicts she won’t fully grasp the situation until she becomes a parent herself.
Lulu uncovers the truth about Camilla
As a gamer, I’ve got a feeling that Brook Lynn might be Gio’s real mom after all. You see, back in May 2003, word was that Camilla was on tour in New Zealand. The thing is, she wasn’t expecting at the time. A cellist from her quartet confirmed this, even sending a picture of Camilla showing no signs of pregnancy. It seems like Brook Lynn kept her pregnancy hidden back then.
Drew blackmails Curtis
In Curtis’ office, I subtly propose – just hypothetically, mind you – that Portia might have tampered with patient records, potentially facing some serious legal trouble. Curtis gets threatening, but I wear a smug smile, implying I’ve got the evidence to back it up. I then push for Curtis to endorse Ezra for mayor and approve Measure C. Once I exit his office, Curtis secretly plays our conversation back. Simultaneously, I reach out to Mac with fresh intel about who spiked my drink.
Sonny tries to change Willow’s mind
In the rehearsal studio, Sonny advises Willow to postpone the custody hearing, but she declines, choosing to follow Ric’s counsel instead. Sonny argues that Michael never intended full custody initially, however, Willow thinks he reconsidered after turning down visits with her in Germany. Sonny cautions her against hastily proceeding to court.
Carly and Nina’s fight turns physical
At Carly’s residence, a discussion ensues between Carly and Nina concerning the upcoming custody hearing. Carly acknowledges that she orchestrated it, and the conversation escalates into a physical altercation. Joss intervenes to stop the fight and cautions Carly that the court may not side with her over Willow in this matter.
Afterwards, Nina shares with Sonny and Willow the incident that occurred. Willow perceives this as evidence that Carly is being irrational, prompting her to proceed with the hearing. Sonny accuses Nina of sabotaging any opportunity for negotiation.
