As a devoted fan who has binged-watched every episode of The Boys since its premiere, I’m thrilled to share that the eighth and last installment of Season 4 is now available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video. This news comes with a bittersweet feeling, as it was previously announced that The Boys Season 5 will be the grand finale of this groundbreaking series.
Additionally, it was announced that another spin-off series, The Boys: Mexico, is being developed.
What are Amazon’s plans for The Boys franchise?
During a recent interview, Salke and Sanders were queried about Amazon Prime Video’s future strategies for the franchise as The Boys series draws to a close.
Eric Kripke and his exceptional producing partners have a collective vision for this project, as mentioned by Sanders. Their commitment has been unwavering, with Kripke consistently surpassing expectations. Even during challenging times like the production of Gen V’s second season following Chance Perdomo’s unfortunate passing, fans are anticipated to be amazed by the outcome. As for future plans, it remains in Kripke’s hands. Our team and him have numerous ideas, but we aim to produce only what our audience truly desires. On Amazon Prime Video, you can now watch Seasons 1-4 of “The Boys” and the first season of “Gen V.” However, as of now, no release dates have been given for Seasons 5 of “The Boys” and Season 2 of “Gen V.”
