As a diehard fan, I’m thrilled to share that Amazon MGM Studios has unveiled the five key characters who will be joining the upcoming Reacher spin-off. The new show, now named Neagley, will revolve around the life of private investigator Frances Neagley, brilliantly played by Maria Sten in the main series led by Alan Ritchson.
In the plot summary, when Frances Neagley discovers that an old friend has perished in what appears to be an unusual accident, she becomes determined to seek justice. Utilizing skills gained from Jack Reacher and her tenure with the 110 Special Investigators, Neagley embarks on a risky journey to expose a chilling wrongdoing.
Who is in the Neagley cast?
Actors Greyston Holt (The Night Agent), Jasper Jones (King Ivory), Adeline Rudolph (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Matthew Del Negro (Mayor of Kingstown), and Damon Herriman (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood) have been announced as new additions to the Neagley cast. They will play Detective Hudson Riley, Keno, Renee, Pierce Woodrow, and Lawrence Cole respectively. Although there is no confirmed release date on Amazon Prime Video at this time, production for the series has begun with the cast and crew already working together.
In this new spin-off series, Nick Santora and Nicholas Wootton serve as creators and executive producers, adapting the Jack Reacher novel series by Lee Child. The character Frances Neagley debuted as a former Army colleague of Jack Reacher in the 110th Special Investigations Unit. In this spin-off, she takes on a new role as a private investigator based in Chicago. Lee Child, Don Granger, Lisa Kussner, David Ellison, Goldberg, and Matt Thunell act as executive producers for the project. Amazon MGM Studios, Skydance Television, and CBS Studios are behind its production.
