Fortunate Star god roll - Destiny 2

As a seasoned Guardian with countless hours spent traversing the cosmos and battling hordes of darkness, I must say that the arrival of Solstice and its Fortunate Star Bow has been nothing short of a revelation. The PvE roll is a dream come true for any Destiny 2 player who values stability and raw power. The ability to unleash devastating arrows with pinpoint accuracy against hordes of enemies is simply exhilarating.

Once more, the Solstice has returned, and players of Destiny 2 are eagerly trying to obtain the game’s latest Bow. The Fortunate Star, with its ideal rolls for both Player versus Environment (PvE) and Player versus Player (PvP), is proving to be an excellent addition to a Guardian’s weapon arsenal due to its versatility in fulfilling all the requirements of a top-tier bow.

How to get Fortunate Star

As a long-time Destiny 2 player with countless hours under my belt, I’m thrilled to hear about the latest event, Bonfire Bash, and the chance to obtain Fortunate Star drops as rewards. With my extensive experience in the game, I can attest that these limited-time events like Solstice are always a treat, offering a unique opportunity to grab god rolls for my favorite weapons. Given that this year’s Solstice event runs from August 6 until Weekly Reset on August 27, I encourage fellow Guardians to seize the day and make the most of this time-limited chance to enhance their arsenal. Let’s not miss out on this fantastic opportunity to level up our characters and add some extra firepower to our loadouts!

PvE – Fortunate Star god roll

In PvE (Player versus Environment), Bows truly excel, and this god-tier roll emphasizes the Void aspect, making it a remarkable weapon for use in these settings.

Pair this with the Compact Arrow Shaft, which significantly accelerates Reload Speed, ensuring that your arrows are reloaded swiftly after each shot.

Using Repulsor Brace and Destabilizing Rounds together makes for a formidable combo, as enemies hit by lethal attacks become volatile, affecting nearby foes. When these affected adversaries are defeated, the user is rewarded with an overshield. In situations where these abilities are active, Guardians can experience a sense of unmatched protection while dominating in virtually any activity with this optimal setup.

PvP – Fortunate Star god roll

With this PvP optimal setup, this bow truly shines, and once you’ve mastered it, it becomes a formidable challenge for opposing teams.

As a fan, I’d recommend choosing Hip-Fire Grip in the initial slot for its superior benefits while hip-firing, making your arrows sticky and giving you an edge during close-quarter fights – it could even tip the scales in tight duels! Lastly, don’t forget to opt for Disruption Break in the final slot. This powerful ability creates a large debuff on enemies when their shields are broken, allowing Kinetic weapons like yours or your teammates’ to inflict massive damage with every successful shot that lands.

Credit is due to Kill Clip, an effective tool when wielded with a Bow. It’s a solid alternative to Disruption Break for those prioritizing outright team elimination.

In the ongoing Solstice event, Fortunate Star’s PvP and PvE optimal builds make it an attractive prize in your pursuit for top loot. This weapon is a serious contender for the title of best event weapon.
