As a lifelong WWE fan who’s been through the ups and downs of countless storylines, I must say that the current tension within The Judgment Day is reminiscent of the classic soap operas we all love. Finn Balor, the charismatic leader, has been the glue holding this faction together, but recent events have put a strain on his leadership.
Last week on WWE RAW, Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio of The Judgment Day had a heated argument. The disagreement began during a backstage conversation when Balor criticized Mysterio for losing the qualifying match for the WWE World Heavyweight championship contendership.
Recently, Mysterio fought in a deadly four-cornered contest alongside Seth Rollins, Sheamus, and Damian Priest, all vying for a chance to challenge Gunther’s World Heavyweight Title. Unfortunately for Mysterio, it was Priest who came out on top, causing more strife within The Judgment Day group.
Last week, during a backstage conversation on RAW, I found myself embroiled in a heated debate with Balor, who laid the blame for our missed World Title shot squarely at Mysterio’s feet. Meanwhile, Priest edged ever closer to a title match. Mysterio retaliated, countering that both Balor and his faction had failed to back him when Bronson Reed intervened in our match, casting doubt on our unity.
As a gamer, here’s how I might rephrase it: Things got heated when Mysterio brought up the fact that I hadn’t been able to beat Priest one-on-one, while he managed to do so. He didn’t stop there, bragging about how he had come closer to winning a title than I ever have.
This incident resulted in a tense standoff between Balor and Mysterio. Just as things were about to turn into a real fight, other members of The Judgment Day stepped in and managed to keep them apart. Although the immediate conflict was resolved, there remained lingering tension within the group. Now, leading up to WWE RAW, the leader of The Judgment Day has hinted at the possibility of the faction splitting apart.
Finn Balor sparks The Judgment Day split speculation
Presently, “The Judgment Day” team is headed by Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan, JD McDonagh, Carlito, and Raquel Rodriguez. Over the past few months, this group has grown substantially. However, a possible separation has been hinted at following a recent Instagram post by Finn Balor. He posted a picture with JD McDonagh and Carlito, simply captioned “The Judgment Day,” which has stirred speculation.

As I pondered over the fresh post, my gaming instincts kicked in, sensing a potential rift within our team. It seemed like Balor was subtly signaling a schism among us, as he left out Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan, and Raquel Rodriguez from the picture.
