The freshly unveiled teaser for Final Destination: Bloodlines has stirred up strong emotions among fans, owing to the presence of the late horror legend Tony Todd. This upcoming sixth installment of the Final Destination series, slated for release on May 16, marks Todd’s final screen appearance before his passing on November 6, 2024, at the age of 69.

Initially, Todd appeared as William Bludworth in the 2000 movie Final Destination, and he continued to play this role in subsequent films such as Final Destination 2 (released in 2003), Final Destination 3 (2006), and finally, in the 2011 film titled Final Destination 5.

Beyond his work in the Final Destination series, Todd is particularly recognized for his portrayal of Candyman (Daniel Robitaille) across the film series, which includes the original 1992 movie, Candyman, as well as its sequels like Candyman: Farewell to the Flesh (1995), Candyman 3: Day of the Dead (1999), and the 2021 direct sequel helmed by Nia DaCosta.

After appearing in numerous films and TV programs, the actor’s final role was in “Final Destination: Bloodlines,” which was helmed by directors Adam Stein and Zach Lipovsky.
