As a long-time fan of Universal Monsters and Halloween Horror Nights, I am absolutely thrilled about this year’s new all-female haunted house, Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines. The idea of classic female monsters banding together to wage an epic battle is not only intriguing but also a testament to the enduring legacy of these iconic characters.
As a long-time horror enthusiast and regular attendee of Halloween events, I’m absolutely thrilled to share my excitement about this year’s innovation at Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights. The announcement of an all-female Universal Monsters haunted house is a game-changer for me!
In this version, Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines presents a chilling new narrative for haunted house goers. They’ll be drawn into an exhilarating clash between unforeseen alliances of classic female monsters from Universal. These include The Bride of Frankenstein, Dracula’s Daughter, She-Wolf of London, and the resurrected Egyptian princess Anck-Su-Namun.
Halloween Horror Nights embraces Universal’s horror heritage
At Universal Studios Hollywood, the spooky house in this haunted attraction will gain more significance as it takes up residence in iconic Sound Stage 12 on the studio backlot. This is where classic Universal horror films like Dracula (1931), Frankenstein (1931), and The Bride of Frankenstein (1935) were originally produced.
As an excited fan, I can’t wait to step into the chilling world of The Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines haunted house, set to open at Universal Orlando Resort on August 30, 2024, and at Universal Studios Hollywood on September 5, 2024. Let the shivers run down my spine as I come face-to-face with iconic monsters like Dracula, Frankenstein’s monster, and the Wolf Man in their terrifying lairs. The anticipation is killing me!
Slash, who was once a guitarist for Guns n’ Roses, is back at Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights in Hollywood for his sixth year of creating music for a brand-new haunted house. He continues his partnership with Universal for this exciting event.
During this time, composer Sara Barone will be crafting the music score on location in Orlando. Notably, she has previously composed for productions such as Planet Earth III and Silver and the Book of Dreams.
As a horror enthusiast who’s been attending Universal Halloween Horror Nights for years, I can’t contain my excitement when it comes to sharing the latest news about this annual event. Last year was particularly thrilling with experiences that brought iconic horror properties to life, such as The Last of Us, Chucky, and Evil Dead Rise. These weren’t just random mazes; they were immersive journeys into terrifying worlds that left me breathless and wanting more. Keeping updated on the upcoming themes is a must for any horror fan, and I can’t wait to see what chilling creations the creators have in store for us this year.
