Was Aphmau in A Minecraft Movie?
Jessica Bravura, better known online as Aphmau, does appear in A Minecraft Movie.
Yet, it’s a fleeting instance that could easily be overlooked. She makes an appearance in a bustling crowd scene during the initial auction segment of the movie, where Jason Momoa’s character, the Garbage Man, places a bid on a puzzling storage unit. Despite Aphmau not uttering a single word in the film, her presence among the bidders was a delightful surprise for devoted fans.
In March 2024, Aphmau and other creators stirred up whispers when they posted about their travel to New Zealand, where a movie was being made. Aphmau added to the intrigue by uploading an Instagram picture from Hobbiton, the famous Lord of the Rings film set, hinting at an upcoming exciting venture.
In her Instagram post, she revealed that she will be featuring in the Minecraft Movie. She wrote, “The cat’s out of the bag! I’m in The Minecraft Movie! I feel incredibly privileged to make a brief cameo alongside some fantastic Minecraft personalities. Keep an eye out for us!” Similar to Aphmau, creators such as DanTDM, LDShadowLady, and Mumbo Jumbo also had minor roles in the film.
