As an avid fan of intriguing thrillers and compelling performances, I am absolutely thrilled about the upcoming movie “Face of the Earth”! The cast, which includes Zach Tinker, Kate Pittard, Erica Sweany, Brian Rojas, Liz Dieppa, and Johanna Rosaly, promises an engaging and suspenseful narrative.
It is now official: ComingSoon is delighted to share that Zach Tinker, Kate Pittard, and others have been added to the star-studded lineup of an upcoming suspenseful film called “Earth’s Visage.
As an ardent cinema enthusiast, I’m eagerly anticipating “Earth’s Visage,” an upcoming indie thriller that promises to captivate audiences with its stunning backdrop of Puerto Rico. In this gripping tale, a woman embarks on a personal quest to uncover the fate of her missing fiancé who mysteriously vanished before their big day.
In the thrilling movie, Pittard plays Dani who, concerned about her relationship, heads to Puerto Rico unexpectedly to meet her fiance (Tinker) during his business trip. However, upon arrival, she discovers that he’s inexplicably gone missing. Desperate, she sets out on the island to unravel the mystery behind his disappearance.
What else is starring in the Face of the Earth thriller movie with Tinker and Pittard?
Joining Tinker from Days of Our Lives and Fire Country, as well as Pittard from Bridge and Tunnel and Sweethearts, we’re excited to share that the cast for Face of the Earth also features Erica Sweany, known for Law & Order, Brian Rojas from A Good Person, Liz Dieppa who graced our screens in Fantasy Island, and Johanna Rosaly, an actress recognized for Force of Nature.
Andrei Ellmaker, a newcomer to feature film directing, helms the movie titled “Face of the Earth.” Prior to this, Ellmaker worked as a cinematographer for the 2019 film “Low Tide,” produced by A24 and penned and directed by Kevin McMullin. The cast included Jaeden Martell, Keenan Johnson, Alex Neustaedter, and Daniel Zolghadri. Currently, you can stream “Low Tide” on both Max and Kanopy streaming platforms.
In collaboration, Ellmaker and Emily Ragsdale penned the script for Face of the Earth. Additionally, they both act as producers on this project along with Patrick Nichols. Notably, Christopher Ferguson is set to be the film’s cinematographer, having previously worked on Bad Education.
Although we don’t have a specific date just yet, Face of the Earth is aiming for a launch in the third quarter of 2025.
