What happens in the Trailer Park Boys movie clip?
After touring Europe as The Boxmasters’ opener, the unique Trailer Park Boys movie excerpt finds Bubbles and Randy encountering Billy Bob Thornton, who both formed the group and is portraying himself in the movie. Despite Thornton seeming slightly surprised by Randy’s bare torso, Bubbles manages to make a memorable impression and receives an invitation to an evening party.
As Bubbles and his group, The Shitrockers, perform gigs across Nova Scotia, a popular online video secures them an opening act slot for Billy Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters in Europe. In the movie’s plotline, they embark on this tour with Randy as their roadie but are eventually booted off. Struggling to make ends meet by busking, Bubbles and the band look to Ricky and Julian for help.
The band known as Bubbles and The Shitrockers, led by Smith, is preparing to unveil a fresh, 14-track album in the fall. This dynamic musical duo is based on real life.
