Tovino spoke about the enduring fame of legendary actors and expressed, “At my birth, these stars were already established superstars and gifted performers. When I joined the film industry, nothing had altered, they remained the same revered icons today. For example, Mammuka has been accepting challenging experimental roles recently, such as those in Rorschach, Bramayugam, and Kaathal. Likewise, Lalettan, who I am collaborating with on Empuraan, the second installment of Lucifer, is an extraordinary actor. Although I haven’t acted alongside Mammuka, I have previously worked with Lalettan.”
Apart from his diverse acting roles, he also discussed his film collaborations with Mohanlal, notably in projects such as Lucifer. He commented, “Back in 2014, we had a few shared scenes in one movie (Koothara), and although I didn’t have any direct scenes with him in Lucifer, I’m excited for potential future interactions during the filming of Empuraan.”
