More recently, Prithviraj Sukumaran decided to speak up about his significant role in the upcoming film.
During a private interview with TopMob, the actor who plays Lucifer was questioned about his time working on a film set directed by SS Rajamouli.
To put it simply, when someone recently asked me about my encounter with Mahesh Babu in Odisha, I playfully brushed off the question, humorously suggesting it was just a mutual exploration of the scenic beauty of the region we both happened to visit.

Later on, Prithviraj explained, “Given that the video or photo has been made public, I can’t truthfully say I went there for sightseeing. I hope we can discuss the film soon. I’ve been involved in this project for over a year now, and we’ve been gradually working on it.
For those who might not know, apart from Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran, this globe-trotting adventure also includes Priyanka Chopra Jonas as the main actress. The crew just finished shooting in Odisha, and sneak peeks from the set have been spreading rapidly on social media platforms.
As a connoisseur of all things cinematic, I’m thrilled to share that the highly anticipated SSMB29 is shaping up to be an epic visual extravaganza. The masterful director, SS Rajamouli, is leaving no detail unattended in his quest to create a film as grandiose as his past blockbusters.
As per a past TopMob report, it appears that the movie featuring Mahesh Babu will be split into two parts. The initial segment of this series is expected to hit theaters in the year 2027, followed by the second part in 2029.
People are talking a lot about the possible title of the movie, but the creators haven’t officially revealed it yet.
