Exclusive Look at Funko’s Project Fred Pan Am Collectible

As a collector with a penchant for the nostalgic and the iconic, I can’t help but be utterly thrilled by Funko’s newest Project Fred edition – the Pan Am collaboration! Being born in the late ’80s, I didn’t have the pleasure of experiencing Pan Am firsthand, but their legacy has always been a source of fascination for me.

Soon, ComingSoon will unveil a special sneak peek of the latest Project Fred edition, where Funko’s character partners with the iconic Pan Am brand for an exciting collaboration.

The latest addition is a new character under Funko’s continuous Project Fred, where Funko’s mascot, Freddy, takes on emblematic pop-culture brands. This time, it’s Pan American Airways, or simply Pan Am, an airline established in 1927 that was famous for its high-end international travel services. Although the company ceased operations in 1991, it lives on as a cultural icon due to its old advertisements and logo.

How to get the Project Fred Pan Am Collectible?

The 11-inch Funko EQL collectible figure can be purchased now, with only 750 units produced, making it a relatively scarce item for enthusiasts. Furthermore, an exclusive “chase” version of this collectible was created as well, boasting a unique color scheme design. Approximately one out of ten buyers will receive the special chase figure, which is also limited to 750 pieces.

This collectible item is designed to resemble Funko’s mascot Freddy, dressed in a shade reminiscent of Pan Am’s distinctive teal blue. The collectible showcases the Pan Am logo on its face and bears the word “FNKO” emblazoned across its chest. It is important to note that only 750 of these are available.
