Dallas is set to become part of an expanding roster of top-tier talent for the upcoming series “The Hunting Waives.” Earlier announcements revealed Dermot Mulroney, Malin Akerman, and Brittany Snow as the leading actors. Currently, there’s no confirmed release date, but it is planned to debut in 2025.
Dallas recently acted alongside Jean-Claude Van Damme and Kristanna Loken in the action thriller “Darkness of Man,” and has also been featured in productions such as “Twisted Marriage Therapist,” “Not Another Zombie Movie,” “Stranger Things,” “Magnum PI,” “Criminal Minds,” “Fear the Walking Dead,” and various others.
What do we know about The Hunting Wives?
The plot revolves around Sophie O’Neil and her family as they relocate from the East Coast to the heart of East Texas. There, she becomes entangled in the captivating web of socialite Margo, leading her life to become a whirlwind of obsession, seduction, and murder.
According to May Cobb’s 2021 thriller novel, “The Hunting Wives,” Rebecca Cutter is responsible for its executive production and writing, and will serve as the showrunner. Starz representatives Alex Alberts, Tara Roy, and Christina Jokanovich are managing the project on behalf of Starz, while Scott Herbst and Courtney Mock handle it for Lionsgate Television. The production is a collaboration between 3 Arts Entertainment, led by Erwin Stoff, and Lionsgate Television, with Cobb serving as an executive producer.
