As a die-hard metalhead with a soft spot for quirky comedies, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming sequel to Heavy Trip! With its unique blend of heavy metal music and offbeat humor, this film promises to be an electrifying rollercoaster ride that’s bound to rock my world.
As a die-hard fan, I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be among the first to unveil an exclusive sneak peek of “Heavier Trip” from Doppelgänger Releasing’s highly anticipated sequel to the 2018 Finnish comedy hit, Heavy Trip. This hilarious follow-up is set to premiere on November 29 in selected cinemas and digital platforms near you!
What happens in the Heavier Trip clip?
In the video, Xytrax from Impaled Rektum is presented to a fresh style of hard metal played by the adorable Japanese band Babymetal, who have been active since 2010. The ensemble also includes Johannes Holopainen, Samuli Jaskio, Anatole Taubman, Max Ovaska, David Bredin, Mats Eldøen, Martti Syrjä, and Helén Vikstvedt.

The movie titled “Heavier Trip” is penned and helmed by duo Jukka Vidgren and Juuso Laatio. This Finnish comedy sequel is brought to you by producers Kaarle Aho, Kai Nordberg, Andrea Stanoeva, Jukka Vidgren, and Sebastian Weyland. The creative crew includes Anssi Leino as the director of photography and Kimmo Taavila as the editor.
