Ever since the second movie was released, there have been whispers that a third one is being worked on. However, no concrete details about it have surfaced yet. Both Parker and Bette Midler, along with Kathy Najimy, have expressed their desire to reprise their roles, as well as Omri Katz, Vinessa Shaw, and Jason Marsden, who were part of the original cast.

In the recently released movie titled “Hocus Pocus 2”, the original trio of stars made a comeback, while also introducing new faces such as Sam Richardson, Doug Jones, Whitney Peak, Belissa Escobedo, Tony Hale, and Hannah Waddingham. The follow-up film garnered mixed opinions from critics but was warmly received by fans, earning it three nominations at the 75th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards under categories like Outstanding Television Movie.
