This year’s Geek Week, hosted by Joe Manganiello on Netflix, has recently concluded. During the event, we received numerous updates, including several confirmed release dates. Here is a summary of the most significant announcements.
Arcane Season 2 Gets Multiple Release Dates
Instead of releasing the entire new season of Arcane in November, we’re splitting it into three acts for your viewing pleasure. Act 1 will premiere on November 9, followed by Act 2 on November 16, and Act 3 on November 23. This means you won’t be able to watch all episodes back-to-back as a binge session.

Devil May Cry Gets a Release Window
The Devil May Cry anime will be released in April 2025.
As a dedicated fan of the Devil May Cry series, I can confidently say that the gameplay is delivering everything I’ve come to adore. It’s packed with over-the-top action, and there’s an edgy humor that keeps things entertaining!
New Project Like Cyberpunk Edgerunners Confirmed
Netflix also announced another project set in Cyberpunk’s infamous Night City.

Regarding Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, it remains unclear if it will become a series or a film. However, given their past work, we have faith that they’ll produce something of quality for us.
Magic the Gathering TV Show Announced
The well-known card game is set to become the next intellectual property to be turned into a television series. Currently, production is underway, though further details remain scarce.

Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft Release Date Confirmed
Netflix unveiled a fresh teaser for the forthcoming Tomb Raider series, set to debut on October 10, 2024.
Castlevania: Nocturne Season 2 Will Return in 2025
“The group led by Richter Belmont, the vampire slayers, is set to return in January 2025. Joining them this time will be the renowned vampire, Alucard, as they take on the Vampire Messiah together.”
Netflix and Ubisoft Making a Splinter Cell Series
Netflix and Ubisoft have joined forces to create an animated series titled “Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Deathwatch“. This upcoming show features the voice of Liev Schreiber as an aged Sam Fischer, hinted at in a recent sneak peek.
Unfortunately, Netflix has not given us a release date.
