The show first debuted in 2019 and has since built a large fanbase. After the second season’s release in January 2022, several production-related delays and external factors caused a significant delay in the third season. However, recent news from Warner Bros. Discovery’s global streaming chief JB Perrette appears to have confirmed the air date for the upcoming season.
Euphoria Season 3 confirmed to have a 2026 release date
The WB executive announced the release date window of Euphoria Season 3 in a recent conference. JB Perrette also shed light on HBO’s planned slate for other popular shows in his statement.
Based on information from Perrette, fans of the Emmy-winning show might see its third season released around the year 2026. As reported by Variety, the ex-CEO of Discovery Inc. also shared plans for other series, including White Lotus, at a tech and media conference organized by Wells Fargo.
Simultaneously with Euphoria, The White Lotus Season 3 has set a release date and will air on television screens starting February 2025. On the other hand, The Last of Us Season 2 is predicted to debut in spring 2025. Moreover, the highly anticipated Game of Thrones spin-off, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, is slated for premiere in the second half of 2025.
Speaking of the future Harry Potter series, Perrette shared that they are currently going through the audition process. This means that the show, originally slated for a 2026 release, is now looking at a 2027 debut instead.
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m super hyped about Season 3 of Euphoria! It’s gonna be awesome having Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, and Sydney Sweeney back on screen. Unfortunately, it seems like Barbie Ferreira’s character, Kat, won’t make an appearance in this season. Still, I can’t wait to see what unfolds!
